Hello! I am renting out my apartment from February 1st, as my current tenants will be moving out. The apartment is a one-bedroom near Brommaplan/Åkeshov, close to both Åkeshov and Brommaplan subway stations. The apartment has a brand new kitchen and a practical layout where all rooms are separate, including a kitchen in its own room. With windows on both sides, you get a wonderful light. The apartment comes fully furnished, with a large sofa, a 140 cm bed, a reasonable dining table, a large TV and the essentials. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher but lacks its own washing machine. However, there is a laundry room two floors down in the building, which is rarely busy and where times can easily be booked via an app. The rent includes heating, electricity, broadband, internet and gas for the gas stove. The apartment also includes a storage, which may be shared with me as landlord if needed. I am renting out the apartment because I am currently living with my partner.
