Hello. I am renting out my basement apartment that was previously an office but has been converted into an apartment. The apartment is bright even though it is a basement floor. Nice toilet and nice kitchen. There is a small bedroom/office that fits a 120 cm bed. The living room is quite large with a wardrobe. The floor plan is a bit quirky but cozy. Electricity is included, but the tenant is responsible for internet. The apartment is located on a hill and there is a shared patio with a grill. About a 5-minute walk to Skärmarbrink metro station. The laundry room is about 5 meters from the apartment. Renting out for one year as I will be living with my partner on a trial basis.
