I am renting out my two-room apartment to live with my boyfriend on a trial basis. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to get to Gothenburg city centre. There is a local shop a couple of hundred metres away. The apartment is in a very nice location with proximity to lakes and nature. Electricity and broadband are not included in the rent. Parking is available if desired for approximately SEK 400 per month. Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed. There is no dishwasher. Laundry room is four floors down.
