Our apartment is located in a scenic area, about 1 km to the sea. Close to Billdals Park and green spaces. It is newly renovated. Super cosy according to many. The apartment is part of the house. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. No smoking or partying. We are keen to have a good relationship with those who rent from us. Electricity and water are included in the rent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also included. We will be preparing a patio in our garden in the spring. The apartment is furnished and equipped with most of what a kitchen needs.
