I am renting out the apartment because I live and work full-time in Stockholm and therefore do not use it. The apartment will be available at the turn of the year, and I want someone to be able to live here and take care of it. I am looking for a responsible and stable tenant who wants to rent it during 2026. Water, electricity and drainage are included. No active broadband subscription at the moment, but it is easy to arrange. Quiet stairwell with only three households, lovely south-facing balcony. Everything was newly renovated in 2022-2023.
