The apartment is well located, just over 200 metres to the subway, which then takes just over 10 minutes to T-centralen. The apartment is rented out furnished or partly furnished. A small storage room is available. Everything is included in the rent. The apartment is rented out for 1 year with the possibility of extension. Preferably rent out to someone without pets, but this can possibly be discussed. You who rent must be a non-smoker, calm and orderly. I am renting out as I am moving to Germany for studies.
