The apartment is located in Annedal, a short walk from Linné and Slottskogen in one direction and the city centre in the other. Very good tram and bus connections in all directions. On the entrance side, we are on the ground floor from the courtyard with a playground just outside the door, on the other side we are on the 5th floor with a glazed balcony over Övre Husargatan, a street with many good restaurants. Perfect blend of calm and city life. Very good atmosphere in the courtyard with nice neighbours. One bedroom has a large double bed, desk and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom is a children's room with a full-length bunk bed and good storage. If desired, the bunk bed can be moved out during your rental period. The kitchen is very well equipped with, among other things, a high-quality espresso machine and kitchen assistant. In the living room we have a large sofa, a larger dining table, a bookshelf and a projector. The living room also leads out to the glazed balcony. The building is well insulated and not at all sound sensitive, with new triple glazed windows that keep quiet from the street. The rent includes internet, water and heating. We are renting out our apartment because we will be living in Australia for a year.
