Due to studies in another location, I am now looking for a tenant for my cooperative apartment in lovely and quiet Öster in Örebro. It is centrally located and close to everything! Fresh laundry room in the basement with plenty of times that can be booked online. I wish to rent it out for a longer period as my studies are expected to last for several years. The rent includes everything except electricity, which is charged according to consumption; for me, it is usually a maximum of SEK 150.
