Hello! My partner and I will be renting out our 3-room apartment in central Malmö from January 21, 2026, to June 7, 2026, as I have applied for an internship abroad. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and has a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Access to a laundry room is also available in the building. The apartment has a nice balcony facing a cozy and quiet courtyard with a small playground. The neighbors in the building are super nice, and it is mostly families with children/older people who live here. We ourselves have a little girl of 4 months. We rent out the apartment furnished. It is possible to rent a parking space in the connecting parking garage to the building. There is an elevator in the building and stroller storage on the entrance floor. It is about a 5-minute walk to the Triangeln train station and shopping center and about a 5-minute walk in the other direction towards Möllevångstorget.
