Description
I want to rent out the lower floor of my duplex apartment with a view of Ullevi
I am usually in my partner's apartment, but I do not intend to move in with her permanently. We are enjoying living separately.
I live upstairs.
I have my own toilet on the second floor. I have built a wooden cube with a lid and insulation for the upper floor to prevent visibility, as we had teenage children up there before. I also prepare food up there.
I have no access to the downstairs except for passage in and out. I have seen that someone with a similar staircase put up a heavier curtain to prevent visibility. That can of course be done here as well.
I'm not adding anything for furniture or anything like that at all since I need to be able to enter and exit the apartment via the staircase.
I want to rent out the lower floor, the lower floor has a kitchen with washing machine, toilet with shower and washing machine, balcony, living room and two bedrooms of 20 and 7 sqm. The small room is an insulated snore-room.
The small room can choose between a loft bed or a regular bed
The rent is divided based on the area used.
The formula is: the rent divided by 92 and then multiplied by the number of square meters you rent. I have 20 sqm + a 3 sqm closet.
The lower floor is therefore 69 sqm.
The rent is 15291 kronor for the entire apartment incl. heating
15291/92=166.2
There is a balcony.
The terrace on the upper floor is available to us.
The rent is inclusive of heating and internet (I pay for it). Electricity is extra.
