The apartment is located in Forest Hill next to Karlstad University. Right outside there are bus stops that take you directly to both the city centre and the Bergvik shopping area, and those buses run quite often. As it is a student apartment, proof of studies is required. The rent includes electricity, hot water and WiFi, plus the apartment is furnished and equipped with, among other things, kitchen utensils. The rent is 5838 SEK, which is what I currently pay, so I have not raised the rent even though the apartment is furnished and includes kitchen utensils. I am renting out the apartment as I will be away on distance studies from February to June/July. There will be a chance to take over the apartment when I return if you like it and want to continue living there. As it is my furniture and it will be sublet, I am looking for someone who is responsible and can take care of the furniture and leave it in as good condition as it is now.
