The room is located in our stylish and pleasantly decorated basement. We are located 100 metres from the Virginsgatan tram stop in Kålltorp. Your room contains a new and nice little kitchen with most of what you need - Hob (2 induction plates) - Microwave - Kettle - Simple kitchen equipment, glasses, plates ++ A really comfortable Jensen double bed 180 cm wide. 2 armchairs. A small dining table with 2 chairs. The pictures are very clear and descriptive. We want to be clear that there is not much light in the room as the windows face out under our veranda. There is a small patio at the front that you are welcome to use. We are looking for a person who likes to live life - preferably actively. Maybe you can help mow the lawn sometime? The basement is part of our accommodation. So we need daily access to our storage and the laundry room.
