Only rented to students! The apartment (student apartment) is approx. 22 sqm and is located in charming Årsta. You can easily get to Gullmarsplan in 3 minutes by bus right outside the building, or in about 10 minutes on foot. Electricity and hot water are not included in the rent but are measured according to your own consumption. There is a possibility for a preliminary extension until February 1, 2027. The extension is preliminary because I may be studying abroad for a semester, and therefore depends on whether the exchange takes place.
