We are renting out a pleasant, bright and unfurnished studio apartment of 29 sqm with a balcony. Here you have cycling distance to the city. Buses to the entire city and surrounding area outside the door. Household electricity is included in the rent. You arrange your own WiFi and TV. There is a nice laundry room on the entrance floor. The rental period is less than one year, i.e. as long as Locum real estate company approves the sublet. You must be debt-free and be able to share an employment contract and the last three payslips and an income that covers three times the annual rent. We prefer that there is one person in the household. No pets (can be discussed). We can share a film of the apartment if interested.
